Located on a tree-lined block in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, this two-family townhome makes an iconic contribution to the neighborhood, energizing the neighborhood with a new architectural expression through the geometric forms of its custom fabricated window.

FUNCTION
The interior contains two three-bedroom units configured as triplexes — a strategy that allows for both units to take advantage of the front view to the street and the rear view to the courtyard with well-proportioned spaces friendly to the human scale.
DISTINCT
The openness and transparency of the lower level juxtaposed with the volumetric quality of the forms above create a distinctively modern expression unique to its surrounding streetscape.
