Project Architect of JFK Terminal 4 Transformation project in Queens, New York

-Scope includes Departure Hall, Retail Concourse, Concourse A, Concourse B (Delta Airline), Airlines Premium Lounges and all restrooms renovation in the JFK Terminal 4.

-Design across all phases of the areas in scope, from Concept Design to Construction Administration.

-Take charge of Construction Documentation drawings, with defining all the technical details.

-Responsible for coordinations between different parties: JFKIAT, ARUP (engineering), VRH (contractor) and RCGA (outsourcing), NPA(outsourcing), and multiple MWBE teams. -Cheif BIM (Building Information Modeling) Manager: Revit documentation QA/QC, BIM model publishing and sharing to all the related consultants.

-Design Technology: incorporating Point Clouds technology into the design solution fnding process.

-Construction administrator of Woods Bagot. Responsible for site design inspections and punch list.
