Water bank used to be the place for the human being to contact with nature. As the industry starting to fade out from this area, the pressure of population density finds a new threshold to bring water-related programs to support its redevelopment. The project is redefining the relationship between humans and water with the changing of time.

The project comprises two axes: the business-hotel axis and the recreation-tourism axis. Due to the problem of global warming getting worse, the waterfront of this project is not only designed footpath and water featured landscape for tourists but also designed floodable or easy relocate programs on the ground level.
